As you may have noticed, the site has been down for an extended period of time. This last week, we had a major hardware malfunction which lead to some data loss, and of course, down time for the site. We had two drives go bad in a RAID which is like getting struck by lightning on the same part of the body in two different places in the country. Chances were slim, but it happened.
We have take steps to avoid this in the future, however, you may notice some anomolies as the site comes back into full use. Please don't hesitate to drop us an e-mail regarding any strange occurances.

Unscheduled outtage results in more upgrades while system was down(12/15/2009) Starting Saturday night, we had an unscheduled outtage due to some unforseen circumstances. ie, a patch for a bug ended up trashing the entire database system. While no data was lost, the database software itself was out of sorts and ended up DOA. We took this chance to upgrade the system to the newest version. This should result in faster access for all! Enjoy the upgrades, and we apologize for the outtage.

just north of New Castle, WA. Newport Shores was built in the late 1950's when a developer
cut canals into an old lakeside airstrip. The first home was completed in 1961. The development
was later completed by Norton Clapp, of Weyerhaeuser and Medina Land co.
